About this method
Specification-curve / multiverse analysis reports the distribution of estimates across all defensible analytic decisions instead of one hand-picked model (Simonsohn, Simmons & Nelson, 2020, Nature Human Behaviour; Steegen, Tuerlinckx, Gelman & Vanpaemel, 2016, Perspectives on Psychological Science). Journals and reviewers increasingly request it as a transparency and robustness check. Multiverse Studio computes every specification with an OLS engine validated against SciPy/statsmodels (estimates, SEs and p-values matched to 8+ decimals); mediation multiverses use the Sobel indirect-effect test. Outlier rules are applied to the focal variables sequentially (Y then X) after subgroup selection; log transforms shift non-positive variables by 1−min.
