Gaming Addiction Scale

Psychology: Mental Health1 sample item

About this scale

Everybody knows that some people get addicted to computer games. The Gaming Addiction Scale measures the level of addiction. Game addiction is related to loneliness, anxiety, and depression (all things you can also measure with PsyToolkit, check the survey). The Gaming Addiction Scale ( Lemmens et al., 2011 ) has been developed for adolescents, although there is no obvious reason why it cannot also be used with adults.
