HR & WorkReliability: alpha 0.923 sample items
About this scale
A 15-item measure of decent work across five facets: physical and interpersonally safe working conditions, hours that allow for free time and rest, organizational values that complement family/social values, adequate compensation, and access to adequate healthcare.
Sample item(s)
“I feel emotionally safe interacting with people at work (interpersonal safety)”
“I have free time during the work week (free time)”
“I get good healthcare benefits from my job (healthcare)”
