About this scale
A 20-item measure of five conflict-handling styles: yielding, compromising, forcing, problem solving, and avoiding. European alternative to TKI and ROCI-II.
Sample item(s)
“I give in to the wishes of the other party (yielding)”
“I try to realize a middle-of-the-road solution (compromising)”
“I push my own point of view (forcing)”
“I examine ideas from both sides to find a mutually optimal solution (problem solving)”
“I avoid the confrontation about our differences (avoiding)”
