A 6-item measure of safety behaviour with two subscales: safety compliance (following safety rules) and safety participation (proactive safety behaviours).
Sample item(s)
“I use all the necessary safety equipment to do my job (compliance)”
“I voluntarily carry out tasks or activities that help to improve workplace safety (participation)”
“I help my coworkers when they are working under risky or hazardous conditions (participation)”
